It is not used for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Your details will then be removed from the mailing list.

Clients

Contact names, work email addresses, contact numbers (office and mobile where applicable) and office address are kept on file. These details will enable us to provide the client with quotes, RAMS, reports, invoicing and any relevant follow ups. They will help us to fulfil the contact between HTA and the client.

Suppliers

Contact names, work email addresses, contact numbers (office and mobile where applicable), office and website addresses are kept on file. These details are required to order goods / services when required. These details are also kept for record keeping purposes. We also request and keep details of the supplier’s liability insurance, copies of any certificates for relevant management systems (eg ISO 9001 etc), RISQ certificates and product codes where applicable in accordance with our RISQ certification.

Henderson Thomas Associates Ltd keep personal details on an Approved Supplier / Client List which is stored on an encrypted online storage platform which is only accessible by authorised staff.

We will retain personal information for as long as required for legitimate purposes.
